Shipping Policy
BB Sport Equestrian wants to ensure that our products arrive to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, some delays may be experienced on overseas product imports and the time it may take for them to arrive to you. Although we may experience some delays, we will do our best to keep our valued customers updated at all times.
Once the items have been received in our inventory you will receive an email, along with an Australia Post Tracking Number. If you would like to check in on the wait time until your goods are delivered, please send us an email and we will be happy to assist.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 3-7 Business Days
We aim to post your items as soon as we receive your order. We will send you an email and tracking number as soon as your items are on the way to you.
All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Please allow for extra processing time during sale periods
Out of Stock Products:
At BB Sport Equestrian we aim to maintain a current stock level for the items that appear on our website. In the case of an Item/items being ordered simultaneously by multiple customers, the first order received shall be fulfilled and any other customers shall be contacted and advised on estimated delivery times. Should this serve as an inconvenience to you, we will offer to cancel your order.
Incorrect Shipping details:
Please take care that you provide us with the correct shipping details. An address may only be changed if the item has not yet been shipped. If an error has been made please contact the team at BB Sport Equestrian to ensure that the appropriate amendments can be made.
It is therefore the customers obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. However should the address be entered incorrectly, BB Sport Equestrian is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-delivery to an address due to incorrect details or if the recipient is not home may incur additional costs to the customer.
REFUND POLICY
Returns/ Exchange Policy
BB Sport recognises that shopping online can sometimes be tricky! At BB Sport we take pride in the fact that our customers are 100% satisfied with the items that they receive. Therefore we are happy to refund or exchange the item as long as it meets the below requirements.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. To clarify, the item must not have been worn, altered, washed and/or dry cleaned
- The item must also be in the original packaging and with the relevant garment tags attached
- The item was not purchased during a temporary promotional period
- We must be able to verify your order number/receipt
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receival
- We are happy to exchange your item for you, however this will be dependant on available stock in the model that you have ordered. If we do not have your required style/size we can offer you a refund instead.
- All refunds are minus shipping costs
- You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs of your item whether it be for return or exchange.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
To be sure, we recommend you send your items with tracking. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.

Please include within your return a note listing your Full Name, order number, whether you would like a refund or exchange and the item that you would like to exchange it for.
Once your item has been returned, it shall be inspected by the team at BB Sport Equestrian. Once the item has been deemed to be in new condition and its original packaging, with all tags attached, you will be notified via email and your refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed.

Exchanges
We are of course happy to exchange your product in your preferred size, however if the size/color is not available you will be offered a refund or credit note.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping Policy
International Shipping Policy
Your order will be charged in the currency of your country from where you place your order. Your order will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore international orders may be subject to local customs charges. It is not possible for BB Sport Equestrian to mark international orders as a gift as a way of by passing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. BB Sport Equestrian accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return of those goods if the charges are not paid.
-If you refuse a shipment from BB Sport, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to BB Sport Equestrian.
-For more information about your country’s Custom Policies, please contact your local Customs Office.
-Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the ever changing global situation, please be mindful that International deliveries may experience delivery delays in all destination countries. Normally your order will arrive in approximately 14 business days once your order has been dispatched.
-Please note that delivery fees are subject to change at any time due to changes in carrier provider charges, without notification. BB Sport will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries.
BB Sport Equestrian is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the event that your order is not available you will be notified via email from BB Sport Equestrian.
Returns/ Refund/ Exchange
In the case of Returns and items to be exchanged this is only possible if:
-You first notify BB Sport Equestrian of your reason for wanting to exchange/return your item. Please contact bbsportequestrian@outlook.com . In your email please clearly state your reason for Return/Exchange and the receipt/order number of your item. BB Sport will then assess if you meet the stated guidelines that you may be offered a refund or exchange.
-Your item must be completely unused and undamaged. All relevant garment tags must still be intact and the item must not have been washed, worn or dry cleaned. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be returned in its original packaging.
-Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. Please make sure your item has a tracking number on return postage.
-BB Sport is not responsible for costs of returning your item
